The morning of surgery…

• To minimize the chance of infection, you should bathe but please do not apply any make-up or lotion.
• You should also brush your teeth in the morning, but please do not apply any make-up or lotion
• You should wear comfortable clothing and shoes. High heels are not recommended. If you wear contact lenses you may be asked to remove them prior to surgery, so please bring your glasses.
• We would prefer that you leave all valuables and jewelry at home. However, if you owe money as noted on the Payment Policy please bring a check, credit card or cash to pay the balance due.

Changes in your health: Contact your physician or the surgery center if you experience any change in your health – A minor temperature, cold, or cough should be reported. If you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant, please notify your physician. Anesthesia and medication may be harmful to a developing fetus.
